The election of the new Board members and of Board members standing for re-election will take place at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) on April 5, 2016. Dr. Mary Gresens, Mikhail Lifshitz and Johan Van de Steen will not be standing for re-election at the AGM.
